5-Hydroxytryptophan known as 5-HTP, the intermediate metabolite between the amino acid tryptophan and serotonin, is extracted from the seed of an African plant (Griffonia simplicifolia).
Healthy serotonin levels are essential for maintaining healthy melatonin levels which promote regular sleep patterns.
5-HTP can be effective in improving mood, and easing symptoms of stress and anxiousness

DIRECTIONS
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably on an empty stomach at bedtime.
